We strive for excellence in all that we do, and have the business and environmental credentials to reflect this.

Quality

iso-9001

The ISO 9001 quality system underpins our operations and ensures continuous improvement and a structured approach to managing our business. This internationally recognised accreditation demonstrates to our valued customers the competence, performance and capabilities in all areas of production here at Cambrian Printers.

We operate a comprehensive colour management system. Our presses, proofs and plates are calibrated to ISO12647 colour standard and interconnectivity between pre-press and the press room means ink ducts on press are pre-set from colour data before a single sheet is even printed, drastically reducing make-ready waste.

Environment

iso-14001

ISO 14001 is an environmental management system that allows us to assess and manage our environmental performance and create leaner business processes through regular reporting on key performance indicators. Every year we set objectives and targets for achievement to ensure we are successful in minimising our environmental impact.

Part of our commitment to environmentally friendly printing is our registration with the Forest Stewardship Council(FSC). Products carrying the FSC label are independently certified to assure consumers that they come from forests that are managed to meet the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations.
