Polybagging - Using our Belca BE 85 inline mailing machine, we are able to quickly and efficiently collate a main mail piece and additional inserts or outserts automatically. Bags can be of various strengths and sizes, we can also use recycled polythene.

Handwork - Our experienced handwork department is able to deal with all sorts of work for non-standard mailings and packaging. CD inserts, affixing of pre-supplied address labels, inserting into envelopes, collation, assembly and packing in bespoke boxes are just some of the services we provide.

Digimaster - We are the only company in Europe operating a Heidelberg Digimaster press with inline perfect bind, side stitch, perf and fold. A major advantage of this significant investment is that we can output complex carrier sheets quickly and efficiently , as well as producing personalised letters either black-and-white, or overprinted onto letterheads produced using litho techniques.

Presstream and Mailsort - We are registered through E*Pro with Royal Mail to pre-sort and bag large mailings. Providing significant discounts to the customer. If you are considering sending a postal item of uniform size to over 1000 UK addresses, we can save you money by sorting your address data before it is printed. The bagged or enveloped items are then bundled, and placed in mail bags labelled with the destination sorting office, and collected by Royal Mail.
