Our Quality System is the framework for reducing the opportunities for errors and for tackling them when they arise.

In the unlikely event of a customer receiving sub-standard work, our customer complaint procedure ensures that we can react promptly and positively to resolve the problem. Our immediate priority is to rectify the problem; secondly, but just as important, we try to find a way of ensuring that similar mistakes do not occur again .
