FTP - File Transfer Protocol, FTP is a method of moving files from one computer to another regardless of the types of computer. This means one computer could be a PC whilst the other could be a Macintosh. You use FTP when you download files from the Internet, or when you copy your web page to your ISP (Internet Service Provider). To upload files directly onto the Cambrian Printers server all you need is an ftp utility, a username and a password, If you are an existing customer and you would like your own private space for uploading files please e-mail your account handler requesting an account. Web Upload - Our new very simple and convenient method for transferring files is through our new web upload site, this can be accessed by clicking here. A login and password is needed to access this site. If you are already a user of our FTP site the login and password will be the same, otherwise please speak to your account handler about getting a FTP account here.
